Meditations during Chakradance and the Primordial Sound Meditation Practice

Chakradance is a transformational movement therapy modality. It’s a fusion of Jungian Psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, meditations, and mandala art. It is the proprietary property of Chakradance Pty Ltd., delivered by certified, licensed facilitators.
The guided and moving meditations used during Chakradance are meditation practices that use specifically selected music and visualizations to activate the chakra energies in the body and the thoughts in the mind. According to Natalie Southgate, "Each of the seven chakras vibrates at its own frequency. Music is able to balance the chakras by using the sound vibrations to tune each energy centre. Chakradance music has a lasting effect. The vibrations continue to pulse outward into our energy field long after the sounds have stopped playing. The more we experience these healing sounds, the greater and the more permanent the effect. When the music is combined with spontaneous dance, the healing effect is magnified."
During Chakradance, we bring together the sound vibrations associated with each of the seven main chakras and spontaneous, free flowing dance movements to intensify our self-expression and creativity. This allows us to actively release physical and emotional pain, past experiences, memories, and toxic emotions that no longer serve us and allow our body and mind to heal.
Chakradance takes us into a sacred and safe space during the mediations and the dance, allowing for unconscious issues to surface and enables us to gently release our emotions, step by step, dance by dance as we move systematically through each of the chakras.
This holistic approach allows us to tap into our true unconditioned self. It also enhances our sense of security, passion, intuition, sense of power, creativity, find our own voice to speak our truth, deepen our inner spiritual connection and live the life that we are meant to live.
Primordial Sound Meditation is a silent meditation practice.
It uses a personalized mantra based on the primordial sound energy vibrations of nature that the universe was making at the moment you were born, and is determined according to the date, place and time of your birth. At the time of your birth, your awareness emerged from the nonlocal domain of pure potentiality into the local, manifest state of activity. According to Primordial Sound Meditation, the primordial sound vibration the universe was making at the time you were born can take you back from activity into a state of stillness and silence where you can experience pure potentiality.
Having a regular mediation practice has a calming effect on the body and mind and is often referred to as an antidote to stress. As you enter the field of infinite possibilities, other things can happen as you rewrite the software of your soul, moving you away from old patterns of thinking and limiting beliefs and behaviors, allowing you to rediscover your true unconditioned self and experience higher levels of consciousness.
Both Chakradance and Primordial Sound Meditation are proven and effective meditation practices that help us deepen our inner spiritual connection, discover our true self, and improve our health and well-being so we can live the life we are meant to live. Simply stated, Chakradance uses specifically selected music and spontaneous dance to activate the chakra energy systems while Primordial Sound Mediation is a silent, personalized mantra-based meditation.
The choice is yours. My personal preference is to practice Primordial Sound Meditation in the stillness and silence of the early morning to prepare for my day and experience Chakradance in the late afternoon to release unhealthy energies and relax at the end of the day.
