Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the items (Online Programs and Downloads: Videos, MP3s, Publications), Groups and/or seminars (Workshops, Web Meetings), hereinafter referred to as "Products", described on the website www.wisdomunleashed.ch and its related URL) which you (as "Client") order from Wisdom Unleashed.

 

Order

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally buying contract to purchase an item when you commit to by an item and complete the check-out payment process.

 

By submitting your order to Wisdom Unleashed you acknowledge to have read, understood and agreed with these Terms and Conditions.

The mere placement of your order does not yet conclude any agreement between you and Wisdom Unleashed. The agreement between Wisdom Unleashed and you requires the written (or Email) order confirmation. Wisdom Unleashed reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

Scope
Wisdom Unleashed executes your specific order according to these Terms and Conditions being in effect at the moment. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior written notice.

 

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use of access the website or service.

Return Policies & Right of Revocation
 

Online Programs: 

Program fees paid in full are refundable if the client informs Wisdom Unleashed 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. Non refundable payment 2 weeks before the program starts. If paid in full, and cannot attend the scheduled program, you may join the next online program.

 

Events from Wisdom Unleashed:  

Event fees paid in full are refundable if the client informs Wisdom Unleashed 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Non refundable payment 48 hours before the event starts. If paid in full, and cannot attend the scheduled event, you may join the next event.

However, under no circumstances you are entitled to cancel your order in case the delivered item has been downloaded or used (e.g. accessed online programs, attended a webinar). Wisdom Unleashed reserves the right to charge you any additional costs for cancelled orders.

In the event that Wisdom Unleashed cannot hold an Online Program or Event due to unforeseen circumstance or illness, the program will be rescheduled and held at no additional cost to the client.

Prices
The prices we charge for using our services/for our products and programs are listed on the website. The prices shown on the website are not binding to Wisdom Unleashed unless price and availability of the Product are expressly confirmed by Wisdom Unleashed  upon a specific order confirmation.

The prices are any time subject to change at the sole discretion of Wisdom Unleashed. We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.  Additional information about pricing and applicable VAT is available on the payments page.

Binding prices, if any, are only the ones indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

 

Payment Method
Payment for the Products will be made on the website by direct credit card payment. 

 

To verify and process your credit card payment, Wisdom Unleashed uses the services of Paypal (www.paypal.com).

 

Product Description
Wisdom Unleashed attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Wisdom Unleashed does not warrant that Product descriptions or other content in this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

 

Product Development
The Wisdom Unleashed policy is one of on-going product update and revision. Wisdom Unleashed may revise without prior notice and discontinue Products or change services at any time. In these cases, clients always receive the latest versions. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

All users that join a community must establish a public profile that is publicly visible to other site visitors and that their public activity (such as posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, enforced and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland without reference to principles of conflicts of laws. The sole place of jurisdiction for any cause or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any of Wisdom Unleashed Product's shall exclusively be the Swiss Code of Obligations, and the courts of Chur, Graubünden, Switzerland.
