Hi, my name is Dr. Charleen M. Michel.
I’m a visionary mentor and coach dedicated to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery, transformation, feminine empowerment, and embodied wisdom. My journey has been one of breaking free—from societal expectations, family influences, and inner limitations—to reclaim my authentic power, confidence, and joy.
From Science to Soul: A Journey of Transformation
My career began in Research and Development as a scientist, exploring the intricate world of fiber and polymer science. Yet, as I navigated the corporate landscape, I found myself drawn toward developing people and fostering human potential. This led me to transition into Human Resources, first as a Human Resources Development Manager, then as a Human Resources Business Partner for Research and Development in Europe, and eventually as a Global Human Resources Business Director.
For over two decades, I thrived in these high-level corporate roles, guiding professionals through leadership development, career transitions, and personal growth. Yet, despite my success, something was missing. I longed for balance, fulfillment, and freedom. The weight of expectations drained my energy, leaving me disconnected from what truly nourished my soul.
So, I made a choice. I stepped away, took a deep breath, and later embarked on a spiritual journey—one that led me back to my true self.

Embracing Ancient Wisdom for Modern Well-Being
My life’s journey began in the natural sciences – polymer chemistry, physics, material science and chemical engineering – where I explored how matter transforms and energy flows. Yet, as I got older, I was drawn to something deeper: the unseen energies that shape our well-being.
Captivated by Vedic wisdom and energy healing, I immersed myself in Ayurveda, Chakradance, Royal Yoga, Meditation, Moonology, and Chakra Energy Healing, rediscovering the power of ancient wisdom. These practices awakened my intuition, helped me release emotional blocks, and guided me toward a profound transformation on my journey to find calmness, peace, and freedom I was searching for.
Just as science uncovers the hidden structures of the universe, spirituality reveals the unseen forces that shape our lives. I discovered that true success – whether in a career or in life – comes from harnessing both logic and intuition, structure and flow, transformation and healing.
I became captivated by the science and spirituality of Vedic wisdom and the Chakra system. My studies in holistic health, energy healing, and Divine Feminine embodiment reshaped my path, merging the wisdom of the Goddess, the Chakras, and sacred rituals into a unique approach to healing and self-discovery.
I’m also deeply inspired by English roses, lush gardens, and the lotus flower—a symbol of resilience, beauty, and spiritual growth.

Why a Spiritual Journey?
In 2016, I set out to create a life of balance, vitality, and fulfillment—one that would help me break free from stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. My quest to find “perfect health” led me on a spiritual journey to explore complementary healing modalities that empower feminine energy, allowing me to realign with my purpose and thrive and age with wisdom, gratitude, and grace.
By embracing Ayurveda, Chakradance, Lunar Cycles, Meditation, and Raja Yoga, I shifted my perspective, released what no longer served me, and uncovered a deep sense of peace and freedom. I realized that just as nature moves through cycles of growth, renewal, and transformation, so do we.
Through this journey, I gained clarity on who I am, what I truly desire, and my soul’s purpose – leading me toward a life of alignment, empowerment, and sacred transformation.
Chakradance: The Dance of Transformation
When I discovered Chakradance™ in 2021, it became an essential part of my healing path and self-expression. This intuitive movement practice based on Jungian Psychology awakened dormant energy, strengthened my connection to my feminine power, and allowed me to embody my most authentic self.
In 2022, I attended a Chakradance Retreat in Bali with its founder, Natalie Southgate. Immersed in this sacred practice, surrounded by like-minded souls, I felt a profound calling—to create a well-being business that brings me freedom, joy, and the ability to contribute to the overall health and well-being of others.
