My Passion for Exploration & Learning
Seeking Knowledge and Gaining Wisdom - My Entire Life
As a young girl, I discovered my passion for gardening from my grandfather. As a teenager, I created my clothes and decorated my room. As a young woman, I dreamed of visiting the Swiss Alps (I've lived in Switzerland since 1986.)
I studied Textiles at the Universities of Massachusetts and North Carolina State and have a Ph.D. in Fiber and Polymer Science. I worked for several years in Research and Development, before working in Human Resource Development, and later as a Human Resource Business Partner for Research and Development.
I learned about human resource development and talent management - on the job, not from university studies. I learned from my colleagues and mentors and experienced multiple cultures while traveling the world.
I spent many years deepening my passion for gardening, taking multiple horticulture courses at a local garden center, emphasizing cultivating and designing English Rose Gardens.
I've spent the past 8 years on a spiritual journey discovering various health and well-being modalities and synthesizing them into a unique approach that transformed my life.
Today, I'm a healer, certified in many spiritual healing modalities like Ayurvedic Health, Primordial Sound Meditation, Royal Yoga, Chakradance, Moonology, Reiki, and Violet Flame healing. My passion for the chakras also leads me to learn more about Archangel Metatron, Crystals, Sound Healing, and others. And I am fascinated with the teachings of C.G. Jung and Jungian Psychology, which is really at the heart of Chakradance.
I love the choices I’ve made and am looking forward to discovering more in the future. I am happy, fulfilled, and satisfied when I learn and can share what I learned with others.

My Passion for Exploration & Learning
My passion for continuous learning, exploration, and personal development is deeply rooted in my DNA, in my mind, and in my heart. Even as a young child, I loved to read, learn new things and liked having everything in order. I was encouraged by my grandfather to be special, to learn as much as I could, to be and do whatever I wanted to do, and to be happy. Although he had only a sixth-grade education, he was one of the most important people in my life and one of the wisest people I know. He inspired me to enjoy gardening, be free, and independent, and get the best education possible. I was 18 years old when he passed away. His compassion, inspiration, and teachings continue to influence and inspire me today.
I continue to discover and learn new things, either create them myself in the kitchen, the garden, or my “atelier,” or be the first to do something no one else has done, like attend a newly launched course, or create an English Rose Garden in the Swiss Alps. I also have a passion for exploring new cultures, and ways of doing things, and have traveled around the world.

What is Human Design?
Human Design is a powerful tool to unveil my talents and align myself with what I was meant to do in this world. It provides me with a blueprint of my energetic imprint that shows me how to be and live in alignment with my unique self. It is based on the time, date, and location of my birth. It gives me insights to most effectively engage with the world around me to create more joy, clarity, ease, and flow in my life.

The Explorer and The Sage Archetypes
C.G. Jung, a Swiss psychologist and psychiatrist, describes 12 brand archetypes of personality, that represent behavior patterns, cultural symbols, and images of the collective unconscious. I strongly align with two of these archetypes, the Explorer and the Sage.
As an Explorer archetype, I'm driven by the desire for freedom and independence and am not restricted by typical boundaries. I tend towards exploration rather than disruption. I'm not too fond of conformity and prefer to push myself into uncharted territory where new challenges and goals arise. I am adventurous and brave and am on a continuous journey of discovery, always open to new experiences and discoveries.
As a Sage archetype, I constantly seek knowledge and wisdom and believe that truth will set you free. I don't look to change the world but prefer to empower others to do so by seeking out valuable information and sharing it. I'm a life-long learner, creator, scientist, and thought leader. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and wisdom with others through coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.
